Gauntlet & COVID-19
On the 21st March 2020 we had to make the tough decision to close Gauntlets doors to the general public during the Covid-19 outbreak.
Within hours we have been inundated with offers to help and support the birds through what will be a financially difficult time understandably. We rely on your admissions, experience day purchases, memberships and sponsorships for our income. Our staff are working around the clock to ensure the birds continue to be well looked after until the time comes that we can open the doors to Gauntlet again.
What to do if you have a booking or experience day voucher:
Don't Panic! We're a nice and understanding bunch and we will be extending vouchers and re booking experiences already booked in so please do not worry.
If youhave a voucher already, or were booked infor an experience whilst we are closed then please give us a call when we reopen and we will get your experience booked in. All vouchers will be extended for 6 months from so this gives you plenty of time to use your experience. Please hang tight, our staff are currently busy tending to Gauntlets residents once we reopen we will be manning the phones and email ready to rearrange dates! We willnotify everyone of our reopening on Facebook.
